Transported by Maersk Solutions provide additional value for customers who seek to simplify their transportation journey. We upsell landside transportation and other products to ocean transportation, we bundle products for the convenience of the customers and create solutions that meet the needs of the customer whether they are exporters, importers, large or small businesses. Being the complete integrator of all logistics services is what makes Maersk stand apart from our competitors.
Among our products, we provide insurance, LCL, Ocean, Air and Landside transportation. On top, all other products are in scope to ensure that we provide to suit the business of the customer best. We provide our solutions to customers online and through contract negotiations with the ambition of making it easy for the customers to do business with us.
We are looking for a Product Manager that can help create a vision for the next phase of Maersk's go-to-market strategy and as well execute on this vision. You will work to ideate on how to make the most compelling value propositions to the many different customers groups and personas that engage with us every day. In this role, you will define customer pain points, test prototypes, release new solutions into the market and supervise the performance of solutions already in the market.
On a typical day, you might talk to customers, prioritize the product roadmap, deep dive into the root cause of a customer issue, report on performance, and develop go-to-market strategies together with our partner teams. You will author documents up to the SVP-level audience and act as an initiator of ideas.
You will create performance metrics for your products and will partner with our marketing, sales and operations teams to identify new opportunities.

- You are enthusiastic about dealing with ambiguity
- You have experience working with cross-functional teams
- You are a confident communicator and you can effectively encourage consensus within the team and its stakeholders
About the role
- Identify and quantify new business opportunities
- Own the product performance
- Be the voice of the Customer and identify and resolve customer pain points
- Engage with stakeholders and leadership at all levels to advocate your product strategy
Who we are looking for
Ideally, you have a Master's Degree in Science, Engineering or Business discipline from an accredited university combined with 5+ years in Product Management or relevant experience.
Furthermore
- Skilled at data analysis and at critical thinking abilities with experience in making product strategies
- Creative, independent and able to operate in a fluid, ambiguous environment
- Proven history of taking ownership and driving results
- Qualified interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and influence across all levels of management
