Safety & Resilience Change Project Partner

To enable this from a Safety & Resilience perspective, we are growing our capacity, capabilities, and systems to enable safe and secure delivery of the integrator strategy. A Safety & Resilience Transformation Program has been initiated to orchestrate specific improvement projects and initiatives within logistics and services – to enable our continued safe and secure performance.
WE OFFER:
We are now looking for a Change Project Partner to support the Operational Excellence & Innovation team to develop and deliver content enabling and driving the engagement of various stakeholders within the Global Safety & Resilience (S&R) community and in the wider APMM. As our Change Partner you will be working closely with the S&R Visual Design Manager and the S&R Sr. Engagement & Change Manager supporting pre-defined and delimited project content and work-packages. We strive to convert complex theory into simple and easy-to-perceive communication and these dimensions will be key to embedding the Safety & Resilience deliveries in an engaging and memorable way.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Transformation Program with visual and communication content supporting the workstream leads and S&R initiatives.
- Develop content required to support the Transformation Program S&R stakeholder engagement and communication strategy and plan that will optimise understanding, buy-in and achieve involvement of key stakeholder groups.
- Support the S&R Visual Design Manager and the S&R Sr. Engagement & Change Manager in developing project and program related messaging and visuals.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent written communication skills, preferably journalistic experience
- Completely fluent in English
- Highly coordinated and systematic
- Creative and innovative, happy to challenge convention with new ideas
- Team spirit and a healthy sense of humor
- Self-driven and flexible
- Mastery of Office365 Package, esp. PowerPoint, SharePoint, Stream, Yammer
- Image and video editing skills
- PR or copywriting experience (e.g. news articles)
- Experience with corporate reporting (e.g. annual reports, sustainability reporting)
- Stakeholder management skills
