As a sous chef at Rosé Rosé Bistro in Copenhagen, you will have influence, freedom, and a schedule tailored to your wishes and needs. Alongside the head chef, you will lead the kitchen team and always lead by example with high spirits.
You will become part of a professional team with a high level of expertise. We have a strong sense of community, orderly conditions, and work together to constantly improve. We are thorough, systematic, and have well-thought-out procedures.
We expect you to be an educated and talented chef with some years of experience. You must make incredibly tasty food, work energetically, with structure and overview, take responsibility, be able to lead your team and make quick decisions during service, and have a strong focus on the company's finances.
The working language is English, so proficiency in English is a prerequisite.
We offer good conditions, high flexibility according to your needs, and salary based on qualifications.
Rosé Rosé Bistro Copenhagen is a French-Danish bistro centrally located in Copenhagen. We have many regular guests because we provide a personalized and professionally qualified guest experience, and because our food is fantastic. And because we are a workplace where colleagues are respectful and have fun together and stay employed for a long time - and guests can both feel and taste this.
