We are currently seeking a seasoned Quality Manager, with extensive experience in quality management within the automotive sector, with a deep understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 standards, to join our Center of Excellence Quality Management Team.

Ideally You will be based in Copenhagen - but for the right candidate other locations may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
You are responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality management strategies aligned with the goals of the organization. You provide guidance and direction to the quality community to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards and procedures.
You are also accountable for utilizing expertise in the automotive sector to identify industry-specific quality requirements and implement best practices.
Other key responsibilities:
- Stay updated on emerging trends, regulations, and technologies in the automotive industry to drive continuous improvement in quality processes
- Oversee compliance with ISO9001 and ISO/TS 16949 standards across all quality management processes, with a heavy focus on airfreight services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency in quality processes
- Provide training and development opportunities to the quality team to enhance their skills and competencies
- Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous learning within the organisation.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the automation and airfreight sectors with proven experience in Quality Management. You have in-depth knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO/TS 16949 standards and their application in automotive manufacturing.
This role requires a proactive individual who can lead and drive quality initiatives to ensure adherence to industry regulations and exceed customer expectations.
Furthermore, you have:
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving quality objectives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
