About the role
We’re looking for a Manager to our Electrical & Instrumentation department in Virum/Kalundborg. Here, we have 15 committed engineers for you to guide, building the world’s largest pharmaceutical facilities.
Your team is specialized within electrical engineering, specification, tender preparation, supervision and test of process equipment and components. In this position you’ll bring your solid knowledge within the electrical & instrumentation into play, every day. And you take pride in supporting the team while keeping focus on resolving problems to the benefit of all stakeholders.

As Manager to our Electrical & Instrumentation department, you’ll:
- Be responsible for the daily management of appr. 10-15 employees
- Have close cooperation with our projects in relation to resource demand
- Support the good collaboration with our colleagues in Bangalore, India
- Work in close partnership with the Management Team in Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, Qualification & HSE
- Support the competence development of the department to reflect market and technology development.

- Possess strong knowledge of the construction phase.
The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a degree in engineering within electrical, Academy Profession (AP) Degree in Service Engineering or similar, i.e., Automation, Marine Engineer, Maskinmester.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in people management e.g., as team leader, line manager or project manager
- Proven experience within a pharmaceutical, food or engineering consultancy.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP and GEP).
