To succeed in this role, you must have just started your Master’s in Civil Engineering or Architecture - or a combination of these disciplines - with a deep focus on sustainability.</p><p><strong>Inviting bright minds</strong></p><p>Are you interested in developing innovative strategies within the emerging field of regenerative design and helping to lead team workshops to spread this knowledge to others? Ramboll is currently developing a cross-market approach to Regenerative Design as part of our corporate strategy for 2022-2025: The partner for sustainable change. This international team is led from our Head Office in Copenhagen, and we are looking for a student assistant to join us from August/September 2023. As a part of this innovative group, you will contribute directly to this exciting new field helping to shape the strategies and principles of Regenerative Design. </p><p>You will join a global company that has been growing successfully since its founding in 1945. Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies, and people around the world.</p><p><strong>You will join our Buildings Market Management team</strong></p><p>As our new student assistant, you will be part of our global team of executives working deeply in our matrix organisation, developing and implementing different elements of our sustainability strategy across countries. Your workplace will be in our head office in Ørestad, Copenhagen, where most of the management team is based. It is also possible to work from home – depending on your tasks.</p><p>Your workload will be 10-20 hours per week on average.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Support in developing a design approach for Regenerative Design</li><li>Support in developing and marketing our digital tools for sustainable and regenerative design</li><li>Conducting industry market research including theory and literature</li><li>Graphically portraying ideas and visions in charts and diagrams</li><li>Creating compelling and illustrative handouts and presentation slides in PowerPoint and InDesign</li><li>Supporting the team with creating presentations, reports, analyses, and memos</li><li>Support in planning and executing events in relation to the sustainability agenda</li><li>Create and maintain SharePoint sites.</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>Recently started your Master’s within Civil Engineering and/or Architecture or similar at AUC, DTU, or KADK</li><li>Superuser within MS Office tools and InDesign</li><li>Experience in conducting research, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions from collected literature and sources</li><li>An ability to think creatively and critically</li><li>An ability to use a systems-based thinking approach to solving problems</li><li>An interest in setting up a sustainability knowledge platform to be used across the company</li><li>Very good communicative skills in both English and Danish (written and verbal).</li></ul><p>If you enjoy working creatively on complex projects in a highly motivated environment, and your curiosity helps you better understand and work together with people within other areas of expertise than your own, then we want to hear from you!</p><p><strong>Welcome to our global Buildings division</strong></p><p>As one of the top 10 building designers in the world, Ramboll works on more than 10,000 building projects each year. 4,500 experts across the world specialise in creating more innovative, sustainable, and liveable buildings.
