About the job
As the Head of The Digital Transformation Office in Digital Technology, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio of digital initiatives in our Digital Potential strategy.
Reporting to the Group CIO and together with your team of 5 skilled professionals, you will help identify opportunities for digital innovation, drive the identified initiatives through the funnel where the initiatives are checked for fit with our business objectives, our target architecture, cybersecurity requirements and available resources.
This is a strategic role that requires a strong understanding of our ambitious strategic program, excellent programme management, team leadership skills, executive stakeholder management and the ability to navigate complex organisational landscapes.
As Head of Digital Transformation Office, you will be responsible for:
- Driving the portfolio of digital initiatives from idea to final benefit realization
- Together with the team drive the internal digital transformation in Digital Technology
- Together with your team orchestrate the wider organisations engagement in the Digital Potential strategy
- Run our half year digital roadmap update with each BU leadership team
- Run the Digital Potential board chaired by our CFO and CIO where all new digital initiatives are managed throughout the lifecycle
- Developing comprehensive digital roadmaps that outline strategic initiatives, timelines, and resource requirements for successful implementation.
- Overseeing and reporting to the executive leadership team on the implementation of digital projects
- Via your team maintain a change management toolbox and check list to be used bu all initiatives
- Secure all initiatives has the necessary change management resources
- Collaborating with key stakeholders across departments to identify digital transformation opportunities and prioritize initiatives
Helping the product teams and programs to a successful business value outcome
Implement project portfolio management processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize project selection and prioritization.
Implementing effective change management strategies to ensure buy-in and long-term engagement for new systems and processes.
About you
Our next colleague has been exposed to Digital Transformations and is a professional portfolio director with a natural interest for driving digital portfolio processes. In addition, we imagine that you have:
- Proven experience in leading the portfolio of digital transformation initiatives within a large and complex organization
- A general understanding of digital technologies, such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and IoT
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team on a challenging mission
- Great collaborative skills that you are putting to use navigating a complex organisation
- A structured mindset with the ability to help the Business Unit translate business objectives into digital initiatives and getting them approved
- Experience in collaboration with our POs and PMs developing digital roadmaps that outline strategic initiatives, timelines, and resource requirements
- The candidate should have a strong grasp of PMO best practices to support organization's Agile and Waterfall initiatives.
- Change management skills, with the ability to ensure buy-in and long-term engagement for new systems and processes
- Ownership mindset, taking full responsibility for driving the digital portfolio and together with your peers in the Leadership Team secure the digital goals
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple agendas simultaneously
