Green Hydrogen Systems is looking for an experienced Project Execution Manager to join an exciting team where your key responsibility is to lead the team and execute projects and optimise processes.

You will be responsible for Leading the Project Execution department and for the overall success of delivering A-series electrolysers as well as the brand-new X-series to the customers.
The focus will be on managing the team as well as establishing and optimising the project execution.
You will lead a small, but growing team, where dedication and teamwork are thriving.
Your key responsibilities include:
You come with solid management experience, preferably from an upscaling and dynamic company as well as extensive experience in commercial project management in an international context. It is expected that you will come with experience from technology-based companies too.
You can very well come from a similar position with a high commercial focus.
As you will be involved in different IT and optimisation projects, we expect that you have a broad and solid project management toolbox.
Your educational background is most likely commercial education at bachelor or master level supplemented with relevant project management education. Education within management and leadership is also expected.
To succeed in this position, you need to be resourceful, flexible, determined and thrive with challenges and have experience in leading projects.

Primary responsibilities
You will be responsible for Leading the Project Execution department and for the overall success of delivering A-series electrolysers as well as the brand-new X-series to the customers.
The focus will be on managing the team as well as establishing and optimising the project execution.
You will lead a small, but growing team, where dedication and teamwork are thriving.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Ensure timely delivery to customers within budget and high quality.
- Optimise project execution procedures including the project delivery model.
- Ensure smooth takeover of contracts from sales.
- Ensure customer acceptance of projects and internal handover to Service.
- Reporting on project progress.
- Ad hoc tasks supporting upscaling and internationalisation.
Your qualifications and motivations
