Who we’re looking for
Within the Power-to-X business we’re developing green hydrogen solutions that will help decarbonize our world. But we can’t do it alone, which is where you come in. We’re looking for someone to help develop and drive our Contracts and Partnerships organisation as the head of Contracts and Partnerships. While reporting to our Head of Department, you’ll also be part of a team of PtX Commercial.topsoe.comWho we’re looking forHere are some of the things you can expect to be doing:Drive negotiations for partnerships with customers and partners Be a constructive ally to our BD team while ensuring we stay commercially focused at all times Deliver on PnL through closure of contracts and focus on creating highest return for Topsoe Build organisation and ensure right competences and resources to be able to fulfil pipeline demands Knowledge-share with the team to ensure that the best solutions are found Drive negotiations for partnerships with customers and partnersBe a constructive ally to our BD team while ensuring we stay commercially focused at all timesDeliver on PnL through closure of contracts and focus on creating highest return for TopsoeBuild organisation and ensure right competences and resources to be able to fulfil pipeline demandsKnowledge-share with the team to ensure that the best solutions are foundWhat you’ll bring

Here’s what our ideal candidate will bring:What you’ll bringExperience in negotiating medium to large scale commercial contracts, preferably within the energy sector, EPC or similar A background in solving complex problems within the interface between commercial, technical and legal Experience in managing high performing teams made up of high delivering employees Excellent stakeholder capabilities both externally and internally A proven solution-based approach and experience with bringing new technology to market Experience in negotiating medium to large scale commercial contracts, preferably within the energy sector, EPC or similarA background in solving complex problems within the interface between commercial, technical and legalExperience in managing high performing teams made up of high delivering employeesExcellent stakeholder capabilities both externally and internallyA proven solution-based approach and experience with bringing new technology to marketWhy join us
