Do you have experience as a Project Manager in an international context and possess a combination of technical expertise and commercial understanding? Then you might be the Project Manager we are looking for at Navitas Wind, based in Hedensted, Denmark. Management of complex onshore projects and clients
Your primary responsibility will be to manage complex onshore repair and maintenance tasks within wind projects. You will be in frequent contact with clients to stay abreast of their needs, and your performance will be evaluated on customer satisfaction, project budget adherence, timeline, and the highest safety and quality standards. In addition, you must understand how to thoroughly structure communication, both internal and external, to ensure proper execution of the tasks that need to be done. Other responsibilities will include:
Being responsible for onshore projects, you will have an exciting and challenging job in an international environment within a highly profiled industry that is constantly growing. You should expect approx. 30-40 travel days per year.
Flexible and structured project manager with great communication skills
You have a technical or commercial background and experience from a similar position in an international context - preferably from the wind- or solar industry. Coupled with your technical understanding, you must be commercially aware and used to client management. You can be either the experienced Project Manager or the younger Project Manager looking to take the next step. The most important thing is that you have a structured, hands-on, and flexible approach to your work and can juggle numerous tasks simultaneously without losing track of time and quality. On a personal level, you are accustomed to operating in a dynamic environment, which is why you are adaptable and motivated by a fast pace. You are structured and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Finally, you are highly proficient in written and spoken English.

- Injury-free execution of onshore projects in compliance with client contracts and obligations
- Contact with clients, ensuring that the clients’ requirements are fulfilled
- Project management from A to Z (from preparations and kick-off to evaluation)
- Pre-start site inspection and site-specific agreements (e.g., accommodation and subcontractors)
- Planning and resource allocation (equipment and manpower)
- Prepare, coordinate, and maintain project documentation
- Regular contact with on-site technicians; demonstrating "visible leadership"
- Performance monitoring and follow-up; progress reporting to clients
- Cost control and budget follow-up
