We’re glad to say we’re on a busy and exiting journey. That’s why we’re looking to grow our management team. The depart-ment you’ll manage is an integral part of our Facility Design area where you’ll be in reference to the Director. In Facility Design in Denmark, we’re 220 employees and consultants working closely together with our 65 Facility Design colleagues in India.
We work in interdisciplinary teams with projects in the pharmaceutical industry. Our projects range widely from the early phases and concept stages to handover of the finalized facilities. Including everything from very large green field projects to minor refurbishments and rebuilds.

How you might spend your days
As a Manager in Architecture & Design, you'll be working with a cross-disciplinary and co-creative environment, you'll:
- Be an integrated member of Facility Design Management team and participate in defining and implementing our strategic goals
- Be responsible for driving selected cross-disciplinary development projects across the Facility Design line of business
- Be responsible for developing competencies, tools and design methodologies within Architecture and logistics de-sign.
- Have 20-25 employees in direct reference specialized within architectural design, logistics design, specifications, tender preparation, and supervision
- Be sparing and challenging projects to stay in touch with technical developments within the discipline and the NNE way of working
- Work with our project managers and sales force to assure resources and competences on projects
- Collaborate closely with our Office in India where an increasing amount of the engineering is done

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a degree as Architect, Architectural Technologist, Architectural Engineer or similar with a minimum 10 years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in people management or team management
- You have experience with engineering projects in the industrial or life-science sectors
