You will be the department manager of a large and diverse department with de-signers representing different disciplines – HVAC, Electrical, Architecture, etc., and also be responsible for ICT management.
The department BIM Design is an essential part of bringing our digital strategy to the next level. The department will create the basis for creating new and intelligent data driven design models, which will support an even more efficient cross-disciplinary design and faster project execution and in the future, hopefully give our customers new digital tools during operations to head-off problems.

How you might spend your days
As a Manager in BIM Design, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where, you'll be:
- Daily management of approx. 20 employees
- Balance capacity in relation to project demand
- Develop the BIM strategy and implement digital initiatives in our projects
- Support and enhance the strong collaboration with our colleagues in Bangalore, India
- Work in close cooperation with the management team in Digital Modelling
- Stay on top of future trends within BIM
- Support the competence development of the department to reflect market and technology development
Who you are

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- 5+ years of experience in people management e.g. as line manager or project manager
- Proven experience within pharmaceutical or construction industry, preferably as consultant
- Knowledge about BIM tools (Revit, BIM 360, Autodesk products etc.)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP and GEP)
- You speak and write Danish and English fluently
