You will join our Project Management area consisting of approximately 80 highly skilled project employees. As a global company, you can expect some work-related travelling, approximately 4-8 weeks yearly.

How you might spend your days
As Manager in Project Management:
- Provide management, leadership, and strategic vision for the Project Management team
- Stakeholder management. Ensure efficient cooperation with customers project team and the stakeholders, especially steering committee, are informed about project status, challenges, risks and mitigating actions.
- Coordinate with Senior Management to create processes and systems to ensure effective project management and implementation across the organization.
- Direct the activities of the Project Management Unit and determine how team resources should be allocated across projects.
- Create training and capacity building process and training modules to promote project management best practices. Communicate with Senior Management on success, issues and lessons learned from implementation and sharing across NNE organization.
- Build a Community of Practice for Good Project Management across the organization involving Project Managers and operations and finance staff.
- Be a part of the ongoing strategic tracks headed by Project Execution.

- experienced and ambitious competences within Project Management for our sites in Denmark
- a leadership background and experience from a similar position
- interest in working in an energetic environment, engagement and want to work with highly skilled colleagues
You will join our Project Management area consisting of approximately 80 highly skilled project employees. As a global company, you can expect some work-related travelling, approximately 4-8 weeks yearly.
The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have an educational background on Bachelor level or similar relevant technical background.
- Have at least 4 years’ leadership experience of project management team or technical specialists in international organizations or in multi-cultural environments, preferably from pharma & biotech industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate international and local staff into a cohesive team and proven record in effectively managing multidisciplinary partnerships.
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English are required.
- Demonstrated leadership, ethics, and sound judgement, both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Result-oriented and focused on resolving problems to the benefit of all stakeholders.
