We are looking for a manager for our department with the ability to act as a sparring partner for our engineers, run a professional development and ensure that employees are thriving. You will be developing and be part of a team of app 20 employees specializing within BMS/HVAC design.

How you might spend your days
As a BMS/HVAC Manager, you’ll be working with people in a cross-disciplinary and co-creative environment where you’ll:
- Have app 20 employees in direct reference specialized within BMS and HVAC design and specification
- Be an integrated member of the Facility Design Management team and participate in defining and implementing our strategic goals
- Guide and encourage competence development together with the management team and specialists
- Develop and support further collaborate with our office in India
Who you are

- have a solid foundation of knowledge and a previous experience with taking the lead when solving complex problems

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a degree in engineering within chemistry, biotechnology or pharmaceutical production or other relevant background, minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience in people management or team management
- Knowledge within HVAC and BMS
- Preferable you also have knowledge within GMP production
- You have minimum 3 years of experience in the life science/biotech industry
- You speak and write Danish and English
