How you might spend your days
As a Manager in the Department “Commissioning Management”, you have a fundamental desire to make a difference by secure a great place to work for your employees in a project driven work environment. You’ll be:
Responsible for the management develop the skills of our commissioning managers within:
- Commissioning management incl. Site HSE management, Commissioning planning and plan of commissioning resources
- Deeply involved by supporting our commissioning managers at our sites in Copenhagen and Kalundborg
- Approve allocation and prioritization of key resources together with Director of the depatment “Site HSE, Constr. & Commissioning Management”
- Use your exceptional stakeholder management skills and take part in building and coordinating customer relationships at local site or business entity
- Help customers in understanding project deliverables and consequently resource/competence requirements
- Ensure project compliance and ensure that the NNE quality system, standards, and methods, including Our Model, are the basis for execution
- Secure that the commissioning teams are organized in a way that allows full utilization across projects and ensure feedback and development of team members
- Develop and implement robust Site HSE strategies for the commissioning phase – both on projects and department – making sure that our best practices are being used and updated on all projects
- Focus on individual’s ability to grow their skills and develop the tools they need for business success

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. The ideal candidate could have the following experience, but we are willing to have a talk, if you believe you can cover most bases:
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Commissioning of process plants, preferably from pharma & biotech industries
- Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and coordination of commissioning activities in complex projects
- Marine Engineer (Maskin Mester), M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or similar
- A proven track record on successful delivery of complex and large volume commissioning projects in compliance with agreed cost, schedule, and quality targets and in compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal Group guidelines and requirements
- Fluent in English, spoken and written and preferable Danish also
- You live in Denmark
- Experience in communication and stakeholder management on all levels in the organization
