As IT project manager in NNE's AIT Project Management, you will have the opportunity to develop a wide variety of projects with focus on application implementation in both internal and external projects.
Our implementation projects vary a lot, which is why some projects are using traditional waterfall execution others agile methodologies like SCRUM and SAFE. The approach is applied in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and we are constantly focusing on implementing the technology of tomorrow to support our customer needs typical within the Industry 4.0 domain.
You will run projects in an international environment with a team of highly skilled engineers and specialists throughout all the project phases from the early analysis and detail design towards implementation, and handover to operation to qualification and final operational handover to our customers. The project size can vary but typically includes 5-10 persons.

How you might spend your days
As an IT Project Manager in AIT Project Management, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where you´ll be:
- Developing both multiple projects as well as traditional waterfall projects
- Focus on the project plan and ensure the delivery within agreed schedule
- Focus on scope, cost and budget follow-up in collaboration with the internal project controller
- Define the project execution strategy and change this to a time schedule and constantly identify and mitigate risks
- Handle stakeholder management and ensure sufficient level of communication
- Secure the final delivery of the agreed scope and quality and ensure the project is within the budget
- With your proven leadership skills, you'll motivate, develop and give feedback to the team, and ensure a high level of customer and employee satisfaction
Who you are

- Work across the boundaries and you like to work in a diverse and international environment
- Create results through efficient project management, efficient communication and leveraging from your relations and stakeholder management
- Could have experience in managing projects both according to the waterfall model, as well as project management methods
- Have personal commitment, are known for your effectiveness and an open management style
- Are fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken
The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have an educational background on bachelor level or similar relevant technical background
- Experience with large IT infrastructure rollout either from manufacturing solutions or telco industry
- You have at least 4 years of experience within IT projects, preferable with some experience as SCRUM master
- Certified as a Project Manager within e.g. IPMA, PMP, PRICE 2 and also have experience with SAFe and SCRUM
