How you might spend your days
You will take a leading role as Contract Manager for our Sub Consultancy Activities and assume responsibility for the execution of nne´s Sub Consultancy Contracts. You will work in close collaboration with your colleagues in Procurement and Contract Mgt., our suppliers and key stakeholders within the projects.
As a Lead Contract Manager, it is your responsibility to implement the Contract Management process across all sub consultancy agreements, by actively engaging and training all relevant stakeholders to develop the awareness, competencies and Contract Management skills. As a Lead you have the professional responsibility for a group of Contract Management colleagues all working as one team, and you will act as our Subject Matter Expert within Sub Consultancy Contract Management, playing a key role in professionalizing our processes around execution of complex Sub Consultancy Contracts. How you might spend your days

- Develop supporting processes, methods and tools.
- Act as SME for Sub Consultancy Contract Management.
- Own and manage own contracts.
- Cross departmental tracks and process optimization initiatives.
- Close cooperation and alignment with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Visit to customer and construction sites, contributing to a versatile work life.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe that, in order for you to do well in this role, you:
- Min. 15 years of experience within procurement and contract management disciplines.
- Relevant education within Engineering Technology and Construction Management or Legal background is preferred.
- Ideally, you have experience from a project organization working within construction.
- You have experience working for/with contractors on-site and you know your AB18.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You have a commercial mindset with knowledge of balancing commercial and technical deliverables.
