We are looking for a people manager for the Fill Finish Automation department. We look into a substantial growth period and is looking to strengthen our leadership team for the department. You will be a part of a management team of 3 where you will be the manager for 10-15 employees. As we are a very technical team and company you will base your leadership role on insight and knowledge in the area of pharmaceutical automation.
How you might spend your days
Our Fill Finish Automation department delivers future-proof solutions for the final production step in Pharma production, but we are also involved in the first stages of the production lifecycle where we use our deep process understanding to make seamless integration of control systems into the facilities. We are also involved in the Pharmaceutical API projects where PLC solutions are an integral part of the deliveries.
As our new manager, you’ll be working with a highly skilled and innovative team working with legacy systems as well as the newest technology in our competence area. Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

We are also involved in the Pharmaceutical API projects where PLC solutions are an integral part of the deliveries.
As our new manager, you’ll be working with a highly skilled and innovative team working with legacy systems as well as the newest technology in our competence area. Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Manage your team, consisting of 10-15 employees.
- Act as a mentor and coach for the team members, make sure that they grow and develop on their projects.
- Assign the right people and balance capacity in relation to project demands.
- Work in close partnership with the manager and director in the Fill Finish Automation department as well as the other managers in our Automation and IT area
- Develop strategic initiatives in the department that are linked to the overall nne strategy.
- You will also be involved directly in the projects managing bigger or smaller groups in the project where you can expect to use up to 50% of your time.
- Stay on top of future technological trends within pharma.
- Maintain the standards and guidelines related to process deliverables, which you will have the overall responsibility for.
- Participate in customer meetings and develop and maintain your own customer relations.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- a degree in electrical engineering or similar degree
- have worked at least 5 years as a leader in the Pharma or Biotech industry.
- knowledge and experience with SCADA/PLC solutions in the pharmaceutical industry
- knowledge of regulatory requirements GMP and GAMP in connection with pharmaceutical production
- you speak and write English fluently.
