About the role
We are looking for an automation or IT project manager to join our team of project managers. As a team, we are working on the newest technology and manage complex automation and IT projects. We are a rapidly growing team engaged in some of the world’s largest pharma projects. Why do we need you? Our goal is to execute our current project portfolio whilst we upgrade our skills to prepare for our future projects. Your role will be key in managing some of our existing projects and in identifying ways we can improve our project execution.

As project manager in automation and IT, you’ll be:
- Exercising leadership and motivating, developing, and providing feedback to your team
- Focusing on project planning, scope, cost, and timely delivery
- Defining the project execution strategy, translating it into a time schedule, and consistently identifying and mitigating risks
- Updating the budget in collaboration with the internal project controller
- Managing stakeholders and ensuring effective communication

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a degree in engineering or a similar technical background
- You are certified as project manager, IPMA, PMP, Prince2, SAFe or SCRUM
- You are an accomplished project manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within automation projects
