We’re embarking on an exciting journey, managing large pharma engineering projects. Our goal is to deliver compliant, high-quality, sustainable solutions. As the new Manager, you’ll lead the Procurement team, supporting ’s projects in Denmark and India.
Our Project Controls department, which is part of Project Management Area, handles procurement and contract management for projects ranging from small orders to major construction contracts.
As the Manager of Procurement, you’ll lead a dynamic team of 15 experts with diverse skills. Together, we support ’s procurement activities across our engineering projects in both Denmark and India. You’ll play a pivotal role in our growth and expansion plans here.

As a Manager in Procurement and Contract Management, you’ll be working with a high performing multi-disciplinary team where you’ll:
- As a team manager, you’ll support and develop your team, building new competences and capabilities.
- Work in a matrix organization, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to turn ideas into reality.
- Be a role model for stakeholder management and business partnering. Foster positive relationships and efficient collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Cultivate a unified team mindset across offices.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance project management efficiency, procurement strategies, and contract negotiation tactics.
- Expect travel to India 1-3 times a year, as part of our team includes members there. Engage naturally with a diverse range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation plans for successful project and contract execution.

The miles you’ve walked

- Proven success in procurement and contract management roles.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in international organizations or multicultural environments.
- Experienced in performance management and process enhancements related to procurement and contract management.
- Have a profound track-record of leadership and team-building skills, fostering a positive work culture.
- Have advanced written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English for effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Holds a relevant bachelor’s degree.
