Data as a Strategic Focus Area
Data is a strategic business focus area for Bunker Holding and is sponsored by C-Level Management. BI is an integrated part of Bunker Holding’s system landscape.
How we are working
We have created a successful cross functional Data Team, consisting of both business and IT representatives. The Data Team work together with our strategic BI partners and our colleagues in the business and IT to make great data solutions on business problems. We are working agile with a Business Product Owner and 2-week sprints.
Where we are
We are predominately using Microsoft technologies, Azure, and SQL Server Technologies. We expose data in Azure Analysis Services, Azure Data Lake and Power BI We are in the process of migrating our current on-prem Microsoft Data setup to Microsoft Azure. We are starting up our data platform initiative using Azure Synapse Analytics.
The job
You will become an important member of a dynamic agile team where we collaborate cross functionally to succeed. In this role you will have following areas of responsibility:
Your profile
Your competences include experience in data modelling and use of modern technologies like Power BI.
You may have been working with other Microsoft technologies, i.e. Azure technologies or Microsoft SQL Server technologies or others. You may have previous data warehouse experience.
On a personal level, you are committed, self-driven, and a team player. You have an analytical and pragmatic approach to your tasks. You are willing to learn.
Being fluent in Danish and English both written and spoken is a requirement.
Some travelling to other locations a couple of weeks on an annual basis might occur.
