As Launch Data Specialist you will be part of the Product Marketing team, which is a team in the heart of our Global Marketing organization. The team is responsible for delivering and implementing knowledge in a wide number of processes and materials across the value chain through releases twice a year.
We are 16 people onboard and we proudly serve our main brands Oticon, Phillips, and Bernafon as well as a wide number of strategic accounts and private labels. In collaboration with Oticon’s New Business Introduction (NBI) and relevant teams, you will support new product releases with regards to branding product data, to ensure the launch of compatible products across different brands and private labels.
Joining us, you can look forward to the following responsibilities:
Experience with product data
We imagine that you have a relevant educational background and some years of experience working with product data in a larger organization. You possess a good level of technical and system understanding, and you get energized from working with technical data in Excel. Furthermore, it will give you a head start if you have experience from a regulated industry in terms of heavy documentation. As our corporate language is English, we expect that you are fluent both in oral and writing.
To succeed in this position, it is essential that you have a high interest in optimizing and ensuring that our product data is correct and consistent across our hearing aid brands. A key part of this role is supporting the product program’s control of product data and ensuring data integrity, implementation, and quality.
As we are a network-based organization, you have good interpersonal skills, and you are meeting deadlines with persistency. You pay great attention to details, and you have a consistent and structured way of working. Finally, you are proactive, take ownership and keep track of your tasks to always ensure prioritization and due diligence.

Joining us, you can look forward to the following responsibilities:
- Work together with other business areas in Demant, such as Global Marketing, R&D, Quality, Master Data Management and Operations, to optimize and ensure that the branding product data is properly constructed and consistent throughout documentation and systems
- Process, facilitate, and transfer accurate product data from working documents, such as product overviews and product description matrixes, to our data management systems
- Drive updates of QMS working templates and quality instructions to ensure the most optimal and clear input for the data transfer
- Drive new change requests for Master Data configurations for all main brands and private labels, as well as assisting the data handover processes and testing the validity of the configurations in the systems
- Request new entries in the branding tool (our overall reference business IT system for gathering product data) to accommodate new specific branding data for product launches; gather and manage product data in the branding tool to align with business needs
- Request and review items for release and corresponding GTIN numbers for our fitting software, firmware update and apps in Enovia PDM system
- Create part number overviews for each half year launch, to support restrictions in ERP systems and blocking items for sale
