Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) – a company working exclusively for the global fund management company Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), is currently looking for an Analyst (Student Assistant) to join the Global PMO (Project Management Office) in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The role
Referring to the PMO manager for CISC Global PMO, you will become part of a newly established team, who is responsible for providing tools and guidelines for effectively managing the entire CIP portfolio of projects.
We will seek to constantly support and inspire you, while focusing on your learning and personal development. Through your work you will support the team with performing project maturity assessments, building our toolbox within six project disciplines (Budget, Schedule, Risk mgmt., Procurement & Contracting, HSE & ESG and Organisation), and provide ramp-up services to relevant projects.
The position is part-time (appr. 15-20 hours/week) and based out of our office at Amerika Plads 29, Copenhagen.
The workload will vary, and flexibility is therefore expected from both sides. You will be given the opportunity to influence your daily routine and schedule. You will be involved and build your knowledge within project management.

The ideal candidate is a final year BSc or 1st year MSc student in Finance, Economics, Business, Project management, Engineering, or other relevant fields. You are motivated by joining a newly established team where you can build your PMO toolbox while helping the team to get further established.

The role

The right candidate

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curious and creative mindset with the ability to think out of the box and question the status quo to find continuous improvements and smarter ways of working
- Close attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Solid experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to work in an international, fast-paced and highly varied environment.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and writing and have great communication skills.
