How can digitalization be beneficial for Pilot Operations and manufacturing sites? Which tools can be implemented in local sites to both meet legislative requirements and fit business needs? Then our Digitalization Professional is the position for you. About the department Our department CMC API Pilots Operations (60 employees) is organizationally placed in Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Control (CMC) API Pilots with about 450 employees. Here API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) manufacturing and process development of new API candidates for all Novo Nordisk is performed. Here in CMC API Pilots Operations, we create the framework for the pilot facilities to produce as much API as possible. We do this by ensuring a production-ready facility with stable supplies and sufficient capacity of maintained and calibrated equipment for the production and development of API. The Calibration & Maintenance team, of which you will be a part, consists of 21 skilled employees. We contribute to API production, by ensuring maintained and calibrated output. It is our responsibility to support six pilot plants spread across Novo Nordisk sites in Bagsværd and Gentofte. About the job As Digitalization Professional, you will guide CMC API Pilot Operations on their digital journey. Your goal will be to leverage the possibilities that digital tools can offer to maximize and optimize our production, operations, and decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: Understand business needs, optimize processes, and ultimately translate them into digital solutions. Collect and analyze solution-centric datasets. Supporting the incubation of digitalization ideas to maturity. Prototype and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders on digital solutions throughout CMC API Pilots. Promote knowledge share on digital solutions. Implement and utilize Microsoft HoloLens. You will be an expert in your field and the key point of contact for CMC API Pilot operations when it comes to digitalization. Therefore, you will not only be able to offer innovative digital solutions but also be able to sell the range of benefits through storytelling and coaching of others. As Digitalization Professional, you will ensure the fulfilment and drive of the digital project portfolio. You can expect a position with a high degree of independence. Qualifications You have a master’s degree in e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Natural science, or similar with a flair for data and digitalization. Your qualifications include: Experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Tableau, and PowerBI. Experience with automation tools such as the Microsoft Power Platform. Experience in working with continuous improvement and cLEAN tools is an advantage. Be fluent in both English and Danish. As a person you are Comfortable with taking initiative proactively and have a strong personal drive and dedication. Curious about the processes and people you work with and have a desire to learn new things. Able to demonstrate attention to detail and structure in your problem-solving approach. A team player within a diverse group of colleagues. You see yourself as a fast learner with a solution and service-oriented mindset. Great interpersonal skills are a must since the job will include interaction with stakeholders.
