The position
As Instant Release Program partner (in collaboration with both internal colleagues and external partners) you have the unique opportunity to head up this important program driven by innovation, agility and simplicity in Novo Nordisk’s global manufacturing sites.
You will create strategic & tactical roadmaps to accelerate and influence the IFP (Injectables Finished Products) journey towards Instant Release. Actively seek external/peer inspiration and bring creative ideas/learnings for IFP. Identify new ways of working as a global IT team with a common ambition in the operational technology layer. Responsible for prioritising associated projects and initiatives - Collaborate with innovation tracks, IFP strategy, ART Manufacturing Execution and modern technology solutions for prioritisation.
As instant release partner you will be expected to:Engage, communicate, and coordinate with the 7 global sites within IFP Drive IFP Instant Release community including the local Instant Release Project Managers Represent IFP at relevant forums to communicate, prioritise and solve product supply´s problems, barriers, and opportunities Identify new systems or components that can be harmonised across sites & ensure they are anchored in Target Architecture Ensure new lines in IFP are aligned to Target Architecture including the latest available versions On a regular basis, communicate the progress and challenges with the impact to business to top management within both IFP and IT Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we would like you to meet the following:Extensive program and project management experience Previous experience with driving digitalization programs A flair for stakeholder management and networking at various organisational levels. Strong communication skills. Motivated, high performing person and engaged teams. Fluency in both written and spoken English is a pre-requisite. As a person, you can create strong partnership with sites and support the sites by setting the right direction. You find solutions to identified problems and barriers whereby driving the opportunities in this journey (both existing and new systems).
About the department
Our department Manufacturing is newly established and consists of specialists working closely together with stakeholders on our IFP Sites globally in Novo Nordisk, to move forward strategic projects and initiatives. You will get the opportunity to join a team working in an international and high-performance environment.
