Do you want to play a key role in driving and developing our internal and external communication for Business Development (BD) and Corporate Strategy activities in Novo Nordisk? We are looking for an experienced strategic thinking Communication Partner to support our SVP of Corporate Development (CD) and his leadership team having the responsibility for BD, M&A and Corporate Strategy. Our new Communication Partner will be an internal communication expert, who will advise and support our leaders, drive strategic and operational communication content, and help us continuously improve communication for Corporate Development with our internal and external stakeholders. About the department CD consists of BD and Corporate Strategy with people employed across multiple office locations in Denmark, USA and Switzerland. You will be responsible for developing our branding strategy and support the communication agenda across the areas and collaborate with other communication networks and professionals within Novo Nordisk. The position As the Communication Partner, your primary role will be to develop and drive communication activities that supports the strategic agenda of CD and ensure activities are aligned with our stakeholders across the organisation. You will be the communication expert who helps develop and conceptualise content for communication materials, and carries out events, campaigns, livestreams, content, video creation etc., ensuring clear and strong communication internally and externally. You will help drive and develop content by sourcing information from colleagues globally, and you will be an instrumental part in driving communication plans for Corporate Strategy within the organisation, develop BD branding for our external partners, preparing press releases for deal announcements, communication messages for conferences, working with senior stakeholders to extract key messages for activities to be communicated across multiple channels including website layout, videos, Yammer posts and more. You will be a member of the Global Communication Network within Novo Nordisk, and you will help promote and drive the global communication across the CD area when relevant. Qualifications You hold a degree in Communications, Marketing or related fields and have several years of related experience within communications, preferably from a global organisation, pharmaceutical/biotechnology company and/or CD functions or related activities. You have strong skills and experiences with Office365, especially SharePoint, Teams, Yammer and PowerPoint, as well social media platforms e.g. LinkedIn and Twitter. You have also strong skills in photo and video editing that you use to put together compelling content that is also visually appealing and you are fluent in English. As the CD Communication Partner, you find it easy to bring new ideas into our work, help identify new trends and suggestions for ways of best-practice-communication. It comes natural for you to build strong and trusted relationships with colleagues across the organisation to stay on top of what is happening and actively seek feedback from our many stakeholders including among others Investor Relations and Media Relations.
