The Position We offer an exciting and developing position as part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary team focusing on simplicity and adaptability in their daily work. As the team is growing, new tasks are continuously being added to the team. As Assistant Material Responsible, you will support the team’s day-to-day activities ensuring that we continue to operate in compliance with internal and external requirements. You will be on a learning journey starting with tasks, such as: Handling of supplier changes notifications to ensure changes to GMP materials are evaluated and handled in accordance with our procedures. Handling of a broad range of ad hoc tasks that enter the team through our stakeholders, e.g. materials going into batch stop at the central warehouse. More complex tasks will be added as you build experience within the team. A large part of your responsibilities will be to stay in close contact and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders such as project managers, QA, warehouse, scientific experts, material suppliers, logistics services etc, to obtain sufficient knowledge to ensure patient safety, GMP, and GDP compliance. Qualifications You hold a master´s degree in a science related discipline such as engineering, biology, biochemistry, chemistry or pharmaceutical science. Relevant experience e.g. working in a GMP environment from a student job is considered an advantage but not a requirement. In addition, to be successful in this role, we like to see the following experience/trait within the candidate: Drive, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Excellent communication skills and proficiency in both spoken and written English Great collaboration skills, structured, have a natural sense of priority A team-player who enjoys cross-functional, cross-departmental and stakeholder collaboration The Department The department Virology and Raw Materials is a part of CMC API development and consists of 45+ colleagues organised in 3 teams. Your new team consists of 15 colleagues situated in Bagsværd who enjoy social interaction through coffee breaks, walk/running every Wednesday and the occasional plank challenge.
