In this role, you will be engaged in both long-term planning and the day-to-day intricacies of software development with continuous delivery.     • The project is of great strategic importance for 3Shape, therefore you can expect a real, tangible impact on our business. You will be working on a big and complex project that will require you to navigate through complex stakeholder landscapes. It is essential that you feel confident engaging with stakeholders from various cultural and professional backgrounds.What will help you to succeed in this role?You are the guide and facilitator of a team of highly skilled and talented engineers. To be successful, you need to set the direction, address the issues and solve complex challenges. We work in a fast-moving and agile environment, why your quick decision making will be essential for the team.You enjoy having a solid grasp of the project and you are proactive – you do not wait for work to find you; instead, you actively explore new opportunities for enhancement. You love expanding your knowledge - you are curious and bring plenty of positive energy on board. You are good at identifying potential problems and assessing how to deal with them. You keep a close eye on what may potentially pose an issue and do your best to prevent it from happening.On top of that, you:
  • Take ownership and are not afraid of responsibility. You are bold, courageous and take the initiative to act.
  • Are adventurous and do not shy away from decision making, risk, and face challenges head on.
  • Have an eye for detail, but do not let it compromise your work.
  • Can balance technical and commercial needs.
  • Have a passion for innovation - you do not just play by the books.
    • From more a practical perspective, we expect you have:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • Solid understanding of software development.
  • Previous experience in software development projects with technical insights.
  • Strong knowledge accumulation and sharing capabilities.
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working is a plus but not a prerequisite.
    • We welcome both junior profiles eager to grow into the role and more senior profiles ready to contribute their expertise to the team.
