Do you want to be at the core of the Novo Nordisk engagement in TransCelerate? Do you want to engage with peers from other big pharma and our senior leadership, then this position could be right for you. The position TransCelerate BioPharma Inc. is a non-profit organisation to improve the health of people around the world by simplifying and accelerating the research and development of innovative new therapies, and Novo Nordisk is currently involved in the majority of the related initiatives. As TransCelerate Program Lead you will be the point of contact between Novo Nordisk and TransCelerate with regards to managing and coordinating activites within the TransCelerate framework. You will work closely with the Novo Nordisk TransCelerate Oversight Committee member. Your main responsibilities will include: Facilitate and coordinate TransCelerate projects with Novo Nordisk involvement
Be a catalyser for change by promoting TransCelerate tools and projects to relevant areas in Novo Nordisk
Proactive participation in regular TransCelerate Program Lead meetings and arrange and chair regular status meetings with Novo Nordisk Workstream Leads and other Novo Nordisk employees engaged in TransCelerate projects
You will serve as a bridge connecting drug development projects and the industry peer group within the transCelerate program
Propose Novo Nordisk talents for TransCelerate open roles
Qualifications You will be a great asset to our team if you have: A MSc or similar in medical, biological, or pharmaceutical science
Experience in working with clinical research from early development to life cycle management and related processes in a global business environment
Robust clinical operations background, including expertise in trial planning, execution, and management
Experience with managing and driving process improvement projects
A strong analytic mindset with ability to identify the critical path and the parameters critical for value creation
Furthermore, we expect you are an impactful communicator and presenter. Possess the ability to respectfully leading and managing change, as well as thinking and acting globally with an innovative approach. You are someone who thrives in independent work settings, showing a natural drive to take the lead and effortlessly build connections within the professional sphere. About the Department In the Novo Nordisk Development area, we are responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide, ensuring that our processes follow global standards, regulations and business ethics while still delivering viable and innovative products. The TransCelerate Program Lead will be anchored within a strategic group in Data Management and consists of enthusiastic and highly engaged people with in-depth knowledge across quality & processes, regulatory requirements, innovation, automation, visualization, digitalization tools and a variety of technical skills.
