The position
As a Principal Clinical Pharmacology Specialist, you will lead the execution of clinical pharmacology programs, providing pivotal scientific input for the CagriSema development initiatives across a spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases in development phases 1 to 3.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for: Overseeing clinical pharmacology trial designs as well as effectively interpretating and communicating of trial results. Leading and coordinating activities within headquarters study groups and collaborating with our affiliates and external partners throughout the value chain. Engaging in scientific communication and interactions with a wide array of internal and external global stakeholders. Serving as the representative for Clinical Pharmacology in GPTs/task force teams and working groups, contributing to the development of clinical and regulatory strategies for CagriSema. Engaging with Health Authorities. Qualifications
To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have: Ph.D. degree in Life Sciences, complemented by equivalent scientific expertise. Extensive experience within clinical pharmacology in pharma or biotech industry Strong scientific and strategic mindset with a good understanding of clinical dosing aspects including pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic relationships. Proven track record in designing and planning clinical trials and working in cross functional teams in a global and dynamic environment. Experience with health authority interactions. Proficiency in both written and spoken English. On a personal level, you are a dedicated team player who inspires trust and creativity in your team and among stakeholders. You communicate openly and effectively and encourage critical thinking, initiative, and innovation. Furthermore, you thrive in a fast-paced environment with high-performing colleagues.

The Medical and Science 3, Clinical Pharmacology department is responsible for development projects within CagriSema. We are a department of talented, dedicated, and highly engaged colleagues working in a flexible, collaborative, and cross-functional setting.
Clinical Pharmacology plays a key role in the development of new drugs at . We work as an integrated part of development and research project teams, being responsible for the clinical pharmacology strategy and scientific input to clinical pharmacology trials. We provide clinical pharmacology expertise to all clinical development phases, Health Authority interactions, and regulatory submissions worldwide.
