We are currently in the middle an exciting digital marketing transformation journey, and building up structured and scalable digital demand generation is the core of our ambition - driving content, activation, lead handling and marketing qualification! We are not there yet, and that’s why we are looking for you!
You will join our Demand Generation team in Digital Marketing
Working under the Global Marketing umbrella, Digital Marketing is a department of about 35 experienced professionals across Denmark and Poland. In close collaboration with brands, sales and creative teams, we define and facilitate digital marketing for our four global hearing aid brands: Oticon, Philips, Bernafon and Sonic.
As our new Senior Digital Designer, you will be part of the newly established Demand Generation team within Digital Marketing. We are a skilled team of 15 digital specialists with the desire to become the best inbound and outbound demand generation team in the industry - delivering a targeted, personalized, and automated digital customer experience across platforms and channels. To achieve this content is king!
High-quality engaging content is needed
You enjoy the art of digital marketing, and you have a solid understanding of how content can fuel customer engagement and support business goals. You have a performance-focused mindset and a solid background in digital design.
Your main responsibility will be to design and create inspiring and engaging digital content for all our channels based on a deep understanding of best practices, customer needs and brand identity. You will work closely not just with digital marketing colleagues, but also colleagues from global marketing and brand teams to achieve this and deliver high quality digital marketing.
What we are looking for?
To be successful in this job, you are good at developing digital campaign design and concepts for various digital marketing channels, and you quickly understand different target groups. Digital design is your main driver, and you appreciate working in a collaborative organization where things run fast and the journey from idea to execution is often short.

We are open to different educational backgrounds, but we expect you to have the following qualifications:
- Solid experience in creating visual, graphics and animations for digital channels
- Translating complex concepts into inspiring digital content
- Have at least 5 years of agency or in-house agency experience
- Can challenge the brief
- Have a creative mind and sharp ideas for concept development
- Possess great illustration abilities, making interesting and premium infographics
- Are on top of latest digital design trends, tools and platforms
- Extensive experience working with design systems is needed, and Figma experience is desirable.
