As a Compensation and Benefits SpecialistAs a Compensation and Benefits SpecialistJoining as our first Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will have a broad strategic and operational scope working together with a diverse and international people team. You will hold a key function where you’ll plan, develop, and oversee programs, strategy, and processes for our global C&B initiatives with a direct report to our CPO. As we evolve our organization and work towards One Columbus our C&B structures are an important tool to set the direction for where we want to go. You will bring your knowledge and experience into driving our processes and building C&B structures that recognize great performance in a global approach. You will lead the process but have support and get sparring from colleagues from all over the world.As you will be a part of the global team, you will be located in our office in Ballerup – but do not worry! We of course work hybrid remote so your life and your work fit together, so you both have the pleasure of working from home as well as being at the office for a cup of coffee, lunch and a laugh with your colleagues ☕💁‍♀️🙋‍♂️☕💁‍♀️🙋‍♂️
In this position some of the tasks include but are not limited to:
  • Preparing the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget
  • Coordinating C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
  • Designing and developing compensation policies
  • Analyzing different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness, using external salary benchmarking information if possible
  • Designing and developing different schemes of the variable remuneration (incentive schemes for the Sales functions/customer delivery teams and for -global functions) including informing leaders and provide selling points, so stakeholder management is a big part of this job
  • Leading and managing compensation projects for the entire organization
  • Ensuring that C&B policies and programs remain attractive, inclusive and competitive based on market benchmark (e.g. incentive schemes, reward & recognition, benefits programs, employees' wellbeing)
  • Be responsible for statistics and data within C&B to ensure a data–driven approach in everything we do

    Desired qualifications:
  • Several years of strategic and operational experience in the Compensation & Benefit area - preferably from an international organization
  • Great analytical skills as well as communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office – Excel and Powerpoint are your best friends ⭐
  • Full proficiency in Danish and English
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree within Human Ressource Management, Business Administration or similar relevant education
