We are currently looking for an experienced and creative Content Marketing Manager with immaculate English skills (both written and spoken) and a passion for developing high-impact commercial communication with the potential to engage and convert customers worldwide.
With a reference to- and working closely with the Senior Manager, Global Marketing Communications and E-Commerce, our new Content Marketing Manager will take on a central role in the Global Marketing Communications and E-Commerce team. While your daily place of work will be the company HQ in Esbjerg, you will you collaborate and network with the global VIKING organisation.
Your primary responsibilities:
- Develop and execute of commercial communications and content strategies/initiatives in cooperation the department manager
- Produce and perform quality assurance of textual content across all commercial channels (website, social media, newsletters, whitepapers, content marketing campaigns, advertising, PR, brand communications, sales and marketing materials)
- Content management/strategy for VIKING social media channels and websites
- Support and provide the department, division and global VIKING organization with first rate commercial content
- Lead and participate in brand communications projects
- Perform media planning and execution
- Commercial PR work in cooperation with our PR agency
- Support and advise the department manager and organization on strategic and commercial communications matters and projects
- Ad-hoc commercial copywriting and editorial work
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience from a similar position or in a compatible role at either a communications or PR agency, an in-house marketing and communications team, or possibly as a journalist.
You have experience from a global organisation and have the ability to network, navigate, communicate and cooperate at all levels and across cultures. Also, you are proactive by nature, have strong project management and execution skills with a high attention to quality and detail. Last but certainly not least, you hold an academic degree in a relevant field and speak and write English fluently (native/professional or C2 level).
To succeed in the role, a passion for content writing and editorial experience is essential.
