As Communication Partner, your main responsibilities will
• support the management team and colleagues within organizational and leadership communication, at a strategic as well as hands-on level. The job also includes some external communication activities.
• have a strong focus on effective change communication and strategic internal communication.
• look for information, advise colleagues on communication challenges and possibilities, and drive communication planning in relation to cross-organizational projects, events, and changes from the initial strategy and planning to the production of the final communication solution – being compelling slide decks, videos, websites, articles or engaging events.
• be the subject matter expert and go-to person on communication and change management in general.In addition, you will develop and produce content for our communication channels and media such as town hall meetings, news channels, intranet, video, and presentations and participate in the development and implementation of cross-organizational communication projects.Qualifications
We expect our preferred candidate to have:
• An educational background in communication or journalism in combination with a minimum of three years of documented experience as a professional communicator and advisor, working with internal communication
• Great project management and change management skills
• A solid business understanding, preferably from working in a multinational pharma organization or similar
• Excellent communication skills in advanced spoken and written Danish and English
• Moreover, you can translate complex matters into simple messages, and you are a brilliant communicator and networker with experience with top management communication support, whilst you are not afraid to challenge your colleagues on decisions.As a person, you are professional and dedicated by nature. You are constructive and full of initiative and thrive in a challenging, fast environment full of ambitious people. You have excellent collaboration skills, and in your mind, no assignment is too big or too small for you to take on. The position of Communication Partner is placed in the Business Support department for Device Manufacturing & Sourcing (DMS) in Hillerød. DMS is responsible for the global supply chain of high-quality components and preassembled parts for our internal customers within prefilled and durable devices.
As a Communication Partner for DMS, you will become a member of the global Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing, Devices & Sustainability (CSDS) Media Group. You will be working closely with the head of DMS and the site management team and hence be covering a great variety of complex and exciting communication tasks – always led by the needs, challenges, and opportunities of the business.Working at Novo Nordisk
