The position As our Communication Student Assistant, you will be responsible for the entire department's SharePoint page in BRD Digital & Projects. You will be part of communicating our digital solutions to the rest of the BRD organisation by creating different content and continuously updating and maintaining the page. Your tasks will include:
  • Creating a visual identity for the department across BRD and content including copywriting and graphics for the SharePoint page
  • Supporting various communication tasks related to digital and technical solutions
  • Developing innovative ways of doing internal communication.
  • Planning process and involve relevant stakeholders in collaboration with experienced colleagues
  • You will work together with a wonderful team of dedicated and helpful colleagues with various competencies working towards supporting our production facilities by introducing new technology and creating digital solutions. You will be part of creating a visual identity and creating awareness of new and innovative solutions within the BRD organisation. The position will be approximately 15 hours per week and will enable you to gain industry experience and build a network with talented professionals in the organisation. Qualifications We are looking for a student who has at least one year left until graduation with an academic degree in Communication, Text Production, Journalism, English, or similar.
  • Excellent written communication skills and knowledge of User Experience (UX)
  • Curious and eager to perform a variety of different tasks
  • Professional, self-engaged, and have a mindset of an entrepreneur
  • Professional proficiency in English

About the department Our department is a part of BRD Manufacturing Development, where we are responsible for supporting our production facilities and ongoing optimization of our many processes. You will be part of the Digital & Projects Students team within our Manufacturing Development area. The team consists of students with various competencies. The team consists of students with diverse competencies, from change management and communication to supporting and optimizing all parts of the production, using IT, data, and LEAN, from the manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients, all the way through packaging to finished products.
