The Position As a Communication Partner, you will have a strong focus on effective change communication and strategic internal communication. In this role, your main responsibilities include:

Advising colleagues on communication challenges and possibilities.

Lead communication planning for cross-organizational projects, events, and changes in PS API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients), from initial strategy and planning to the production of compelling communication solutions, such as slide decks, videos, websites, articles, or engaging events.

Developing and producing content for our communication channels and media, including town hall meetings, intranet, Yammer, videos, and presentations, and actively participating in cross-organizational communication projects.

Engaging in various external communication projects and tasks, such as events, stakeholder relations, social media, media relations, and employer branding.

Qualifications The ideal candidate for this position

Holds an educational background in communication or journalism and has a minimum of five years of documented experience as a professional communicator and advisor, working with internal and external communication.

Possesses a solid understanding of business, preferably gained through working in a multinational pharmaceutical organization. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to translate complex matters into simple solutions.

Be an exceptional communicator with advanced proficiency in spoken and written Danish and English.

Has experience in providing top management communication support and is not hesitant to challenge colleagues on their decisions.

Exhibits excellent project management and writing skills, along with a strong proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign, as well as web and film production

About the department The position as Communication Partner is based in the division Product Supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (PS API) in Kalundborg, which is part of the global production division Product Supply counting plus 14,000 employees worldwide. Thus, as a Communication Partner in PS API, you will become a member of a global communicator’s network in Novo Nordisk. With reference to the Vice President of Strategy, Communications, and Public Affairs, you will be a part of a dedicated communication team covering various communications tasks from employer branding, public affairs, media relations, and social media to organizational communication, leadership communication, and change management – always lead by the needs, challenges, and opportunities of the business.
