The position You will be joining a small but mighty team as the first Associate Communications Manager, so we will be looking to you and your expertise to help define and drive this role – truly a chance to make your mark! Key tasks for this role include: Support the Comms. Manager with the implementation of our Development Digital Transformation core story.
Manage various communication projects and campaigns from concept to execution, as aligned with the core story.
Create, develop and drive engaging communication content, such as video, podcast, presentations, articles, newsletters, campaign materials, etc.
Drive social media presence through available channels (Viva Engage, SharePoint, Teams, LinkedIn).
Monitor and report on communication metrics to track the effectiveness of communication efforts.
Take part of the Development Comms. Network and the Novo Nordisk Global Comms. Network (GCN).
As a member of our team, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication integration across the organization. You'll provide vital communication support to our digital community, with content creation, event promotion and support (product demos, keynotes, conferences), and help unite key stakeholders for a stronger digital presence. Qualifications Master’s degree in comms., journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field – and 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
Creative thinker and strong interpersonal skills.
A proven track record in communication and the ability to translate business priorities into effective and engaging content across various stakeholder groups.
Project management skills, with experience in managing communication projects from concept to execution. Experience with event planning and execution is a plus.
Solid experience with video production (from concept to execution) and social media management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills en English.
Experience with podcast production and graphic design programs (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
