The position We offer a role as Product Owner for a team working with digital transformation across production, Manufacturing Development, Technical support, Business support and Quality Control. Your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Define and own the product vision and team’s roadmap and work in close collaboration with the development team
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog
  • Represent the team and secure alignment with key stakeholders to ensure the team can work dedicated towards reaching key priorities
  • Takes both business and technical aspects into perspective
  • Accountable for communication to all stakeholders including end-users
  • Seek best practice and inspiration from similar units across Product Supply, Quality and IT, when deciding solutions for our end-users
    • Many internal stakeholders will rely on your business understanding and your ability to translate business needs into digital and technology solutions. Qualifications and skills To succeed in this role, you:
  • Have a relevant university degree
  • Have a flair for IT and interest in exploring how IT solutions best can support business needs
  • Experience managing complex roadmaps working in collaboration with tech, science, UX, business and functional leaders.
  • Understanding and experience working with Manufacturing and Digital solutions are a plus, but not a must, the right approach and mindset are a bigger plus.
  • Experience with agile working and methodologies is an advantage
  • Are fluent in English both oral and written
    • You have experience in collaborating with many stakeholders on various organisational levels. You are recognised for an excellent quality mindset. Your personal qualities define you as robust, a self-starter, and a great collaborator always having a positive attitude. You can keep an overview, despite changing demands or tight deadlines. You have strong communication skills including the ability to communicate complex subjects in an easy and understandable way. You are not afraid of being challenged by peers and stakeholders and your personal robustness enable you to integrate different views in the decision-making process and stand firm whenever needed. Above all, you are proactive, have a strong drive and a desire to create real impact for the business. About the department The position is anchored in Manufacturing Tech & Innovation (MT&I) in the area Manufacturing Development & QC, whose key mission is to redefine our manufacturing approach by creating a fully data driven and continuous process for oral tablet formulation and optimise the manufacturing production and analysis from end to end. We aim to create a new paradigm that will alter the approach to drug development by redesigning and digitalising the processes. The team consist of approx. 22 highly skilled colleagues with different scientific backgrounds ranging from Product Managers, Product Owners, Data scientist/Engineers, Front-end developers and UI/UX designers. With the rapid advancement within data and analytics, we are expanding our team and bringing in new competences and skills. Our ambition is to be the frontier, use the latest techniques and software to draw greater insights and future predictions from the data and thus making a significant impact on how we manage the future manufacturing operation.
