With a direct reference to our Customer Engagement Architect & Manager, you will become a part of an ambitious team responsible for Kamstrup’s global sales applications (e.g., CRM and CPQ). We continuously strive to digitally support and enable Kamstrup’s global brand-to-order process through our digital platforms. The team prioritizes knowledge-sharing in a fast-paced work environment, and is looking for equal-minded colleagues who like having fun along the way. We work closely with Sales and Marketing as well as Supply Chain to streamline and improve the sales process while leveraging technology effectively to ensure a seamless customer experience. Therefore, you will have ample opportunity for knowledge sharing in the position.

A job focused on improving our sales processes with digital solutions
In the position as CRM Consultant, you will be responsible for enhancing sales performance and productivity by optimizing technology-enabled sales & marketing processes. This includes being an important ambassador for our Sales platforms, and securing high end-user adoption through training, day-to-day support, and communication.

More specifically, you will be:

  • Ensuring full alignment across the team, with business stakeholders, on projects, roadmaps, and backlogs
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of existing sales processes
  • Providing training and support to sales teams to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of the selected sales tools
  • Handling configurations in CRM
  • Maintaining business process documentation, business definitions, and user guidelines libraries
  • Scouting for new platform technologies fit for our stakeholders' future needs

In the job, you can expect 10-20 travel days per year.

Personality matters
We are looking for a CRM Consultant who possesses strong project delivery management and implementation skills. This enables you to break down business requirements into actionable projects, tasks, and successfully deliver them on time, meeting the expectations of stakeholders. There are many entry points to this position, but we imagine that you have a master’s degree in business administration, IT, sales, marketing, engineering, or a related field.

Furthermore, it is considered an advantage if you have:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in a similar position, either from a consultancy company or a larger B2B organization
  • Experience with sales platforms within Microsoft Dynamics 365

As a person, you naturally maintain an overview of several projects and deadlines by breaking them down into achievable tasks. You thrive in a dynamic work environment with diverse responsibilities. In addition, you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which enable you to build strong relationships with various stakeholders across a complex organization. Your enthusiasm is fueled by considering different viewpoints and opinions to find the best solutions, why you naturally generate new ideas and are not afraid to challenge the existing ones based on your up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

It is a requirement that you are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.
