With a direct reference to our Team Lead – Technology Specialists, you will become part of our internal IT organization, which enables all Kamstrup employees in their daily work. Our IT department consists of 60+ dedicated colleagues supporting Kamstrup globally. You will join a grounded, tech-savvy team that is characterized by mutual respect, professionalism, and collaboration. The team prioritizes knowledge-sharing in a fast-paced work environment and is looking for equal-minded colleagues who like having fun along the way. More specifically, you will become a key player in our team of infrastructure specialists as our new Technology Specialist.
A job with focus on managing critical infrastructure
In the position as Technology Specialist, you will become responsible for configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing internal services to ensure reliability, security, and efficiency. You will be working to ensure not only the maintenance of our current infrastructure, but also ensuring the longevity through backups, security, and compliance. You will therefore become a central part of not only maintaining our internal systems, but also in ensuring that we are able to grow and develop in the future.
More specifically, you will be:
Personality matters
We are looking for a talented and tech-savvy Technology Specialist with a strong desire to take their capabilities to the next level. This position has many entry points, as we highly value general experience with managing large-scale complex infrastructure. However, we imagine you have an educational background in Computer Science, IT or similar.
Furthermore, we are looking for the following qualities:
As a person, you are ambitious and have a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving. You take the initiative and have the courage to make decisions and challenge the status quo. You thrive in an international organization and your communication skills enable you to navigate successfully with many stakeholders at all levels
It is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish is considered an advantage.

- Managing and monitoring resources, including virtual machines, storage, and servers
- Ensure that backup and recovery procedures are in place and tested for servers, platform data and services
- Implementing security practices aligned with compliance standards in collaboration with security stakeholders
- Supporting IT teams with specialized technical support
- Providing advice and support the organization on matters of infrastructure, data centers, and services

- Familiarity with Cloud Computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies like VMware, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in server and storage administration
