Do you want to help us ensure an IT set-up that guarantees safe transport and logistics of vital medical products all over the world? And are you ready to be involved from the start of our new Center of Excellence (CoE)?
Then join us and guide your colleagues as you drive and professionalise the validation and qualification activities for our health care systems.

Join a newly founded team of 3 colleagues – for the time being
Together with our newly hired Validation Specialist and Process Owner, you will form our new CoE located at our main office in Hedehusene as a part of Global IT.
But we are still in the very baby steps of our journey, and right from this humble beginning, you will help us set the course to strengthen the CoE continuously.

You ensure quality, compliance and due diligence
You will be the one giving the final stamp of approval of our QA/QC procedures at the CoE and cover validation and qualification processes end-to-end. This means that you will both be participating in the daily operations and be involved in more strategic projects to support and guide our organisation.
An important part of this is to ensure due diligence when our service owners make changes to our health care systems. You will also collaborate closely with Group Compliance and external consultants supporting our work with quality.

- Approve key documentation for our computer system validation processes and ensure that these are compliant
- Support the implementation and application of relevant guidelines and frameworks for validation and qualification processes
- Manage our portfolio of CoE projects to ensure consistency between the various activities
- Ensure proper support for compliance audits
An experienced quality manager who knows how to communicate
You are thrilled by the idea of building the right procedures to ensure a high professional level of quality assurance. And as you work with the various regulations, you never lose sight of the fact that this is a team effort, always keeping clear communication as a top priority.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
- Have an education within pharmaceuticals or a background within IT – as well as working experience within the pharma industry, perhaps as a system architect
- Are quick to get at deep understanding of our IT system landscape and able to see this as part of a wider business context
- Speak and write English on a professional level
