Salonsupport.dk is the Danish distributor of MOROCCANOIL and DAVINES professional hair care products for salons, e-commerce and retail. The company is located in Albertslund.
THE POSITION
The position as SoMe Manager is a newly created position (to replace a student job) and marks a new era in the company with an increased focus on the use of digital media. Both in relation to brand awareness towards consumers, sales via hairdressing salons, web shops and department stores, as well as online training for hairdressers. To carry out these multifarious tasks we seek a versatile and experienced profile.
As SoMe Manager, you will work across the organization and closely with our Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Education Manager, eCommerce Key Account Manager as well as the headquarters of Moroccanoil and Davines. The position reports directly to the CEO.

As SoMe Manager, you will work across the organization and closely with our Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Education Manager, eCommerce Key Account Manager as well as the headquarters of Moroccanoil and Davines. The position reports directly to the CEO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all corporate social media channels: Currently @welovemoroccanoil_dk, @davinesdanmark and @Salonsupportdk on Instagram and Facebook.
- Develop the social media strategy and content plan in line with the marketing strategy.
- Schedule and publish social media content according to content plan.
- Create high-level engaging content (post, stories, reels etc.) that reflects the DNA of brands.
- Manage influencer co-labs including prepare reports for the brands.
- Communicate with followers.
- Coordinate paid digital campaigns in the dialogue with media agencies.
- Evaluate and optimize digital campaign performance.
- Set up targets and KPIs.
- Accountable for the yearly SoMe brand budgets.
- Prepare monthly reports for brand HQ.
- Seek new opportunities and define business cases for success within social media.
- Work closely with brand HQ SoMe, PR and eCom teams.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Experience in developing and executing social media strategies.
- Knowledge of tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Google analytics etc.
- Experience in analyzing data and insights.
- The ability to connect target groups to content and channels.
- Experience in photo editing in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or other.
- Highly skilled communicator at all levels.
- An eye for a strong visual communication.
- Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English.
- Danish copywriting.
- Experience from haircare, beauty, lifestyle or fashion brand is preferred.
PERSONAL SKILLS
- 2-3 years of experience from a similar position with documented results.
- Loves social media and expert.
- Strong communicator with a passion for content creation and social media.
- Creative with a strong visual eye and sense of aesthetics.
- Analytically strong – you can turn data into action.
- A driven self-starter who works independently … and still acts as a strong team player.
- Outgoing and energetic attitude with a positive personality.
