In close collaboration with Hearing Instrument Group (HIG) and local markets the Marketing Activation Manager is responsible for developing local marketing strategies that will promote sales and revenue growth.

Connecting global strategy and local activities
As our new marketing activation manager, you will develop local marketing plans and budgets to support the company's overall business strategies, and local and global marketing planning and local post-launch follow-up. You will be working with our three focus brands, Oticon, Bernafon and Philips.

One of the things that makes this position interesting, is that you on one hand are working with the global brand activation strategy on an overall level, and at the same time, has the direct interaction with the execution of the strategy on your local market.” says Kenn and continues “This also means, that you will be the voice for the local market needs into the HIG organization.

You will work closely with the central marketing teams to provide insight and requirements of local marketing needs and deliverables, and in collaboration with local market marketing, develop marketing plans and budgets to support the company's overall business strategy.

Your work tasks will also include:

  • Analyzing market data to identify trends and opportunities and using that information to inform marketing strategies.
  • Working closely with Commercial Operations Directors to ensure sales companies’ requirements and business objectives are achieved.
  • Ongoing communication and evaluation on campaigns. Rolling out of campaigns via Go-to-Market Plans, Marketing Catalogues, Ordering, POS Web Shops & Webinars to global sales companies.
  • Ensure campaign- and product updates are shared through internal communication channels (e.g., Marketing Portal & newsletters).
  • Setup and facilitate best-practice sharing across markets for all brands.
  • Stakeholder management and alignment across internal teams (e.g., Brands, Global Marketing, Commercial Management, SAPL, Customer Service and Purchasing)


Welcome to Commercial Operations
We are a small team of five, where our focus is on marketing activation and event management. We are a part of Commercial Operations and share an open space office area at our HQ in Smørum just outside Copenhagen.

Commercial Operations consists of the Commercial Directors, the Strategic account and Private label team, the Global Training team and the Events & Marketing Activation teams and lead and support our efforts in exploiting the full hearing aid wholesale's potential across multi-brands, markets and customers.

Across the team there is a strong sense of belonging, working together to achieve our goals and leveraging our combined strengths.

Marketeer with a global outreach
To thrive in this position, you must appreciate working with both the strategy on an overall scale, but also to be hands on and work with the local markets on brand awareness, customer engagement and other local initiatives.

The role will be responsible for East Asia and Scandinavia. You might have experience working in or with East Asia or maybe you speak a language that you would like to put into play. As a minimum, you have previously worked on an international level.

You probably have a degree within business, marketing or a related field, but what is more important to us, is a proven experience in marketing or product management with a focus on global market activation and product launches.

You have great project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your communication and presentation skills give you the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

You should expect 15-20 travel days per year to your global area.
