At Novo Nordisk the IT QA is responsible for defining and implementing QA activities for regulated (GxP) applications/services. Together with the Cloud Architects and Cloud Engineers you will be a key contributor in setting the direction for the process around releasing automated deployment, self-service workload provisioning, requirement testing and continuous delivery of new qualified Cloud services in our highly regulated (GxP) environment. You will be a part of the IT Quality organisation, but in your daily work you will be working closely with colleagues from our Cloud area, ensuring timely delivery of Cloud services. The position offers a unique possibility to work with IT Quality Management globally in Novo Nordisk and to develop you professionally through challenging opportunities on the job as well as via formal training. You should expect max 10 days of travel per year and, since you will collaborate with colleagues across the globe, you can expect some virtual meetings to take place outside normal working hours.
Qualifications
The position requires significant insight into quality processes like audit, deviation handling, qualification, validation, CAPA, change control, records management as well as insights into key IT processes like Incident and Problem management, Configuration and Change management, Release and Deployment management, Testing and Validation (CSV/CSA), Operations management, Security and Risk management, etc.
In order to succeed in this role, you:
• hold a BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another IT heavy subject
• have gained experience as IT QA in Pharmaceutical or another Life science industry
• have 3+ years of experience working with Cloud infrastructure or Cloud Solutions
• have experience in automated deployment, testing and continuous delivery of Cloud services
• are proficient in English
Furthermore, experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps and/or AWS Cloud will be an advantage.

IT QA Office is a part of IT Quality which employs 40 highly skilled and ambitious professionals in Denmark and India. We are responsible for ensuring that external and internal requirements are reflected in Novo Nordisk IT processes, and the department serves as competence centre for IT quality assurance throughout the company. Our responsibilities also include quality assurance of IT projects and systems, services and infrastructure used globally
