Then you could be our new Project Manager for Technology Innovation within Injectable Finished Products (IFP) based in Bagsværd. Read on to find out more! The position As a Project Manager in IFP Technology Development Projects, you will be part of a team setting the direction for the development of our future filling, formulation, inspection, and clean room technologies. You will be driving the development of automation technologies, robotics solutions and systems for product and process control. This will include prioritisation of activities, setting direction and scouting for technologies and knowledge sharing. As our new Project Manager, other activities you will be responsible for: Managing timelines, deliverables, and resources Structuring work packages, and guiding project team members Ensuring documentation and validation of solutions Managing suppliers, consultants, external partners, and authorities Preparation of decisions and reporting to management We offer an exciting position where you will quickly develop a global network, both internally and externally. As your projects will be cross-borders, some travelling would be expected, this is estimated up to 10%. Qualifications You hold an academic degree within Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or other relevant degrees. You have 3+ years working experience as a Project Manager or have hands on experience leading projects supported by a project management toolbox/ qualification. Ideally, your experience is from the pharmaceutical industry which includes aseptic production. You have experience, knowledge or a keen interest in automation, robotics, and new technologies. You have great written and verbal communication skills and you are able to target your communication to a broad range of stakeholders at all organisational levels. As a professional, you are a natural leader and team player who works well managing complex dependencies between projects and enjoy working across international borders and cultures. You have a curious and driven mind to set and reach targets on new ground. You naturally see the bigger picture, are visionary and able to challenge the status quo. Furthermore, you are able to quickly build strong working relations with stakeholders cross functions and globally. For this position, you are fluent in spoken and written English. Our department, IFP Technology Innovation, is responsible for technology development and implementation that will ensure that our brand new IFP aseptic production sites and our existing sites use the latest technologies and processes. We play an essential role for the future of Novo Nordisk, and we are expected to be the front runners for development of new technologies, but also to set ambitious goals and deliver the needed solutions for the future aseptic production.
IFP Technology Development Projects is a department consisting of highly engaged and experienced project managers, program managers and portfolio managers, who run global projects/programs in close collaboration with our aseptic production sites in China, Russia, France, Denmark, Brazil, and the United States.
