Project Manager
Are you passionate about project execution and do you want to bring development projects for drug substance processes from late clinical development to market production to continuously support and strengthen Novo Nordisk? If so, we offer you the opportunity to be part of the Project Office in Manufacturing Development in PS API (Product Supply, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients). This is a newly created position, why you have a great influence on filling out the role. The position In our small team, high engagement, innovation and ambition are key words in executing projects bringing them from late clinical development to market. We strive to establish and improve processes, capacity and quality of our drug substance at an early stage – in cooperation with CMC Development, other Product Supply colleagues, and the CMOs we are working together with. We are hiring a Project Manager to be able to support the increasing number of drug substances in development. As a Project Manager, you will: Be involved in projects with high impact on Novo Nordisk future growth Coordinate activities across Novo Nordisk to bring projects from late-stage development to market Work closely with our CMC Development, QC and Regulatory Affairs colleagues, and our own subject matter experts, and lastly the CMOs we are working together with developing and manufacturing the future drug substances. You will also be involved in the regulatory activities for the drug substance. Thus, it is important, that you have an interest in ensuring the right information in the documentation for the health authorities in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs and other stakeholders. The job location is in Bagsværd, Copenhagen with visits to the CMOs manufacturing our APIs (potentially worldwide). 5-15 travel days per year can be expected. Qualifications
To be successful in this role: You hold an academic degree (B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D. or similar) degree in pharmacy, biotechnology, engineering or similar You have experience within pharmaceutical development, production or within regulatory affairs You have experience as a Project Manager On a personal level, you are ambitious, pro-active, and self-driven. You exhibit a global mindset and enjoy building relations across the organisation with multiple stakeholders and work cultures and geographies. Lastly, you must be confident in both written and spoken English. About the department In PS API Manufacturing Project Office, we are a team of project managers focusing on bringing new drug substances from late development to the market. We execute and coordinate projects across Novo Nordisk and have focus on improving capacity, quality and reduce cost where possible. We are involved in the regulatory work associated with development of the Drug Substances.
