Do you want to drive improvements across our global organisation in Injectable Finish Products Quality Assurance (IFP QA), to ensure that we are agile and fit for the future? The position As project manager you will be responsible for driving strategic projects for IFP QA as well as implementing corporate projects in IFP and IFP QA. Most projects are implemented across our eight international sites. As project manager you will be expected to: Set direction, drive projects, and deliver results in an environment that fosters innovation and creative thinking. Focus on timeliness, and stakeholder management. See the unreleased potential in new ideas, and you embrace change. Take ownership of your own time and deliverables. Never lose focus, despite changing demands Be a self-starter and share positive energy. Be proactive, curious, and robust. You are ambitious and ready to be part of our on-going effort to re-think processes to be simple, robust, and digitalised. Qualifications You hold a master’s degree or PhD within pharmacy, engineering, or other related fields. You have 2-4 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry and/or 3 years of experience within project management You have experience with Agile methodologies and preferably experience as PO, Scrum Master or Product Manager in a SAFe context. You are recognised as a project manager who motivates high performing and engaged project teams. You have strong communication skills. You have a flair for stakeholder management and networking at various organisational levels. We expect you to have experience in driving simplicity by use of cLEAN tools. The position requires proficiency in English and understanding Danish is an advantage About the Department
Our department is located in Bagsværd and consists of 30 dedicated and highly talented international employees. We ensure a high level of quality in close cooperation with Manufacturing Development (ManDev) and our other stakeholders. Our team, IFP QA ManDev Support covers project management, IT/digitalisation, and audit/inspection across IFP QA. In project management we focus on improvements, simplification, and digitalisation.
