OFP Bulk production is a rapidly evolving environment, in which you as an individual will be able to have an impact. As our new colleague, you will have a dynamic range of tasks. You will be part of the equipment support team focusing on establishing a solid production foundation in terms of tablet production equipment. You will have the opportunity to impact procedures, changing the way processes are performed or implementing improvements to the equipment. Ensuring suitable equipment maintenance and continuing the validated state is a necessary part of the role. You will be appointed responsible for specific equipment and must ensure that the equipment is ready for production within the pharmaceutical industry's requirements. You will join the daily support with the expert technical knowledge necessary for executing projects and changes related to the equipment. Sometimes, your expertise will be needed for driving systematic problem solving and handling incidents (Deviations). At other times, equipment implementation and qualification will be your focus – all to guarantee that our equipment is ready to scale up to meet the growing demand. Qualifications As our work is carried out and documented in accordance with GMP regulations, a systematic approach and a strong quality mindset are expected.
To be successful in the role we expect you to have: A Science background, at Bachelor level or higher A technical background e.g., as Bachelor of Technology Management (Maskinmester) You are detail oriented and quickly acquire new knowledge You have a curiosity and flair for technical solutions Good Danish and English language skills are required
It is an advantage if you have experience with: Maintenance and validation, from the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry, together with insight into GMP regulation Change requests, equipment validation, deviations as well as requirement specifications
You will work closely with different professional groups, so good collaboration and communication skills are highly valued. On a personal level you are result-oriented, good at planning and you take pride in driving tasks forward and meeting deadlines. OFP is organizationally located in Product Supply, which globally employs approx. 14.000 of Novo Nordisk more than 43,000 employees. In OFP, we are steadily growing and at present we are approximately 1100 committed colleagues in Måløv. We have great ambitions for the future, and we are working hard to get our new product successfully distributed to the market. OFP Production consists of approx.465 dedicated employees in 2 areas: Bulk Tablet Production and Pack. The vacant position as Equipment Supporter is in OFP Bulk Production, which today consists of approx. 170 dedicated employees with responsibility for tablet production, where we focus on production for the market, ramp-up and optimization of our processes in close collaboration with the other teams in the Bulk area. In 2004, an ambitious and ground-breaking journey began towards becoming the world's first pharmaceutical company to supply GLP-1-based tablets to the market. Today, many years later, we are so far that millions of patients with type 2 diabetes can access an oral alternative to injectable drugs.
