Risk Manager Do you want to develop your skills within risk management to shape the development of future Aseptic Processing (AP) facilities in a large global pharmaceutical company? Does international collaboration across boundaries excite you? If yes, you might be the Risk Manager we are looking for in our global AP facility expansions project!
The position
As the Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in the quality risk management (QRM) endeavors during the design and qualification phases of our new AP facilities. Your responsibilities will involve the following: Planning of QRM activities related to our products, manufacturing equipment, and facilities Ensuring effective use of QRM tools in all teams within our project area Facilitation of workshops and meetings Documentation of QRM activities We imagine that you either come from a risk background and want to learn about production processes or possess deep knowledge of production processes and seek to build a career in risk management.
Qualifications In the role as Risk Manager, we imagine that you have a degree within engineering, natural sciences, or other relevant areas. Experience with the pharmaceutical industry, as well as risk management and/or project management is an advantage. In terms of personal qualifications, we require: Someone who is driven and action-oriented Excellent stakeholder management abilities Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders across various regions of the world (proficiency in English is mandatory) Inquisitive nature and willingness to learn about our work processes. We are looking for an approachable individual who possesses the ability to maintain a comprehensive understanding of a project or task while also being capable of diving into the details if required. About the department
Our department Technology Standards is situated in the newly created SVP area of Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approx. 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees.
Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and built all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our aseptic production facilities with the use of modern technology, as we are setting the standards for the aseptic production of the future. Facilities designed today which we will still be proud of 20 years from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a clearly global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
