The position As our new Investment Partner, you will be partnering the area of Device Manufacturing and Sourcing (DMS) and be part of supporting an investment portfolio of more than 5 bDKK. DMS is responsible for the production of the entire portfolio of devices at facilities in Denmark, Europe, Asia, South America, and the US. As Investment Partner, you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Drive the investment budget and reporting processes with a focus on cost and resource allocation and budget accuracy
  • Be a trusted business partner and one point of entry in terms of Investments for DMS using your financial insights to enable sound decision making
  • Drive project and portfolio governance within DMS ensuring high level of quality in decision making material as well as sound prioritisation
  • Collaborate closely with ambitious and talented stakeholders, often with non-financial backgrounds
  • Share and develop best practices and tools to boost the investment discipline across all of CSDS
    • Qualifications To succeed in this role:
  • You possess strong financial background with a Master’s degree within Finance, Economics or Accounting
  • You have an analytical and strategic mindset
  • You are a trusted business partner with solid stakeholder management and net-working skills
  • You are process-oriented with an interest to map, streamline and optimise processes
  • Project controlling experience is considered an advantage
  • You have solid experience working with the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel) and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
  • Proficiency in written and especially verbal English is essential
  • Good communication and presentation skills

    • About the department You will be part of the Investment Management team within Finance, reporting to the Investment Manager. Finance is part of a larger Business Support within the area Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing, Devices & Sustainability (CSDS) in Novo Nordisk’ production.
